以天然堿為原料，由于雜質(zhì)含量較高，因而堿液配制時(shí)，需嚴(yán)格控制化堿溫度、濃度及母液循環(huán)次數(shù)，母液中總鹽量應(yīng)大于240g/L。化堿后堿液濃度碳酸鈉大于150g/L、氯化鈉小于50g/L、硫酸鈉小于90g/L，所得堿液經(jīng)過(guò)濾除渣，然后與二氧化碳碳化生成碳酸氫鈉結(jié)晶，經(jīng)洗滌脫水，洗液可返回化堿或排放，結(jié)晶經(jīng)干燥，制得碳酸氫鈉成品。
